Rooms were nice and clean, with comfy beds. The hotel's facilities were good. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The location was great, with the old town and tram stop just a short walk away. it was conveniently located near the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fairly clean hotel, outstanding staff, fashionable room. Good area, very central location short walk to the New Jewish Cemetery which is a must-see, many bars/restaurants, the river.

Had a really great stay for three nights, everything was perfect. The rooms were huge and warm with a double coach kept by the polite staff. Unbeatable and magnificent location, walking distance to Jewish Cemetery.

The location was perfect for exploring the city center and nearby attractions, such as Schindler's Factory and Auschwitz. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great start to the day. The modern and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The staff were very good in assisting with transportation and recommending places to visit and eat. I also appreciated the easy parking options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to the beautiful city.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the Jewish Ghetto and all the main attractions in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. the hotel was situated on a side road, which made it quiet and peaceful.

The room was quite noisy, with thin walls and a railway line nearby, which made it difficult to sleep.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with a double coach and accessories, making it feel like a home away from home. Secondly, the location in the Jewish quarter was superb. I was able to explore all the nearby sightseeing points in Krakow with ease. Lastly, the breakfast included in my stay was absolutely perfect. The variety of options available and the quality of the food made for a great start to each day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.
